Effective immediately, our parish family will observe the following Inclement Weather Policy:

WEEKDAY MASS:
On days when Our Lady of Grace School is CLOSED or on a 2 HOUR DELAY, weekday Mass is cancelled and the Mass Intention will be moved to the first available date. (Within a day or so after the Mass cancellation, a member of the office staff will attempt to contact, if possible, the person who requested the Mass to inform them of the change in date.) When the Pastor is notified by the School Principal of the CLOSURE or 2 HOUR DELAY, the Pastor will contact the following stations:  Fox8, WFMY News 2 and XII News 12. Notification of the Mass cancellation will appear on the closing list on these television channels. This list may also be obtained by going to the Fox8 or WFMY website. The announcement will say something like “Our Lady of Grace—CLOSED.” This will be the ONLY notification.  No outgoing voice message will be recorded on the church telephone number.

PARISH OFFICE CLOSURE:
On days when the school is CLOSED, the parish office will be CLOSED for the day.

DELAY: On days when the school is on a 2 HOUR DELAY, the parish office will also be on a 2 HOUR DELAY.

PLEASE NOTE:  All events and activities, i.e., Youth Ministry, choir, prayer groups, etc. are automatically cancelled when the school and parish offices are CLOSED due to inclement weather.
