R.C.I.A. (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) classes begin in the Fall and culminate at the Easter Vigil in the Spring, when Catechumens (non-baptized adults) receive the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, and First Holy Communion). Baptized Christians who are seeking full communion with the Roman Catholic Church also attend these classes (Candidates). During these months, Catechumens and Candidates for full communion are instructed in the teachings of the Catholic Church through a careful examination of Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition.

R.C.I.A. meets every Tuesday from 7-9 P.M. If you are a non-Catholic seeking to join the Catholic Church or you are a Catholic wishing to receive your First Holy Communion or Confirmation, please contact Amanda Mast, Director of Adult Catechesis.
