Parish Survey Has Launched!

Our parish is on a journey to know, love, and serve Christ as a parish community. Together we must embrace Christ’s vision for missionary discipleship so our parish can thrive and be a place for others to grow together in faith.

The very first step in this process involves assessing our greatest strengths and opportunities, and that is where the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) comes in! The DMI is an important survey tool that invites you to reflect on your discipleship journey here at Our Lady of Grace Church.

If you prefer a paper copy, you may pick up your survey after daily and Sunday Masses. They will be located the church/.  To submit the completed paper survey, please drop off at the parish office or put in the collection basket.

At Our Lady of Grace Church, we are blessed in so many ways. Together, we will identify our strengths and opportunities in greater detail as we strive to grow in missionary discipleship.

Nuestra parroquia está en un camino para conocer, amar y servir a Cristo como comunidad parroquial. Juntos debemos abrazar la visión de Cristo para el discipulado misionero, de modo que nuestra parroquia prospere y sea un lugar donde otros puedan crecer juntos en la fe.

El primer paso en este proceso consiste en evaluar nuestras mayores fortalezas y oportunidades, ¡y ahí es donde entra el Índice de Creadores de Discípulos (DMI, por sus siglas en inglés)! El DMI es una herramienta de encuesta importante que te invita a reflexionar sobre tu camino de discipulado aquí en la Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Gracia.

Si prefieres una copia en papel, puedes recoger tu encuesta después de las misas diarias y dominicales. Estarán disponibles en la iglesia. Para entregar la encuesta completada, por favor llévala a la oficina parroquial o deposítala en la canasta de recolección.
