Funeral Announcement
We mourn the passing of Dan (Daniel Holt) Jackson, who died on Monday, August 25th. He was the husband of Suzi Jackson and the father of Chris. His funeral will be on Thursday, August 28th, at 10 am at Our Lady of Grace Church, with a reception to follow in the Kathleen Price Bryan Banquet Hall, and interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery after the reception. The family will pray the rosary (4:30 pm) and have a visitation (from 5 to 7 pm) on Wednesday, August 27th, at Forbis and Dick Funeral Home at 1118 N. Elm St. Parking will be available in both the Tremont and Chapman Lots.
